Who We Are
Irum Khan, CEO
Irum Khan has been associated with the beauty industry for almost two decades now.Her forte is hair & makeup, but has internationally trained in facials, microblading, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, in addition to hair cuts, colour, and makeup. She is also a Pivot Point International certified trainer and oversees the program being taught at different branches of Pivot Point in Pakistan.
Irum’s love for beauty reflects in her personality, and her passion is seen by the continuous professional trainings she attends every year. She likes to create a look which is suited to an individual, and her inspiration is from nature.
The need for professional beauty education led her to open a Pivot Point Academy branch in Islamabad. The beauty industry is growing and so is the need to have trained technicians, stylists, therapists, and makeup artists. Irum’s future projects include a personalized hair and makeup product line, more academy locations in different cities, and to do a hair show each year.
The Salon
Located in G10/4, the salon is an independent building covering 4000 sq feet. The quiet basement area is allocated for facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure. The ground floor is where all the hair services are done, while the first floor houses the academy and the makeup section. The rooftop will have a nice relaxing lounge where clients can enjoy beverages, food and unwind with other people.
The independent building offers privacy compared to being in a commercial building, and gives the academy students to practice in the salon area once the course is completed. The location is specially chosen in G10 to be accessible to residents in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The residents of G10 can find their local salon hidden in a private area away from the traffic and busy roads.
